• We prioritize enterprise-grade API connections where data is not used for model training by the provider.
• We implement "Prompt Shielding" to redact sensitive PII before processing where possible.

We host our infrastructure on ISO 27001 certified data centers. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest within our Moxogo ERP ecosystem.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
